I ordered a Sony Xperia Tablet z on 02/10/2013, the Vodacom Sales agent confirmed that Vodacom has stock, but they never did. I was led to believe that my tablet would arrive on 04/10/2013 as my order was confirmed after 12pm.
I then found out that there was not stock so my delivery would be delayed by almost a MONTH.
Vodacom's next day delivery terms and conditions section 11 clearly states that I am entitled to the first month's subscription for free if delivery is not made within the specified time but they are not giving me that and no one in that co wants to authorize that.
I wrote a hellopeter complaint and was promised assistance within 2-3 working days by Rochell Carolus and she posted such in response to my complaint.
I have yet to hear from Rochelle or anyone at Vodacom regarding my right to a month's free subscription from vodacom as per their terms and conditions.
