NO RECEPTION, NO INTERNET ACCESS

I have just moved to Hurlingham and I have no cell reception or internet access. It's so incredibly frustrating having calls dropped all day long. Furthermore my internet is completely useless as I can't even get 1 bar of signal. This is in the middle of Sandton not some remote area, why am I paying when I can't use your service?
