Awesome service

Last week I wrote in to complain about the shocking service I got from Vodacom customer service from accross the board, from the help line to the Vodacare shop in Somerset West, well... surprise surprise, On Sat morning I got a call from Monja Rees the branch manager, well suffice to say she listened and promised to sort the problem out. True to her word she got Victoria onto the problem (I had dealt with her and must say she really did try her best) and by Tues I was contacted with answers and solutions to the problem. Tonight I am pleased to say I have a working mobile and I am very satisfied with the service recieved from Monja and Victoria.
Vodacom needs an army of these guys, as they went over and beyond the call of duty.
For this I thank you.
Sadly though for them, they are now stuck with me when it comes to anything at Vodacom.
