Utterly Disgusted

About a month ago we were conned by salesman from Dion Wired selling Telkom contracts ADSL lines. They told us that the lines would be constant and steady. so we took a contract with Telkom for a 2 Meg line. from day one we had problems and when we went to complain to the saleman they couldn't help us. They told us that it was Telkoms duty now they only sell the contracts. so its out of their hands. these men are nothing but liars and artists. All we want is a proper service that we are paying for. But we are not receiving that service. who do we turn to for help? how can big companies rob people blind. I feel utterly helpless as no one from Telkom can help me or these salesmen. i am stuck with something that i am paying for and not receivin the benefit. A 2 meg line and the speed test shows a 0.3 mbs line. this is an absolute ripoff. Dion Wired please stop selling products/services in your store that is a ripoff coz innocent customers like ourselves walk into your shop and get conned. And u are supporting this. Disgusted at these salesmen's attitude. they dont give a once the contract is signed. And we are still awaiting our Dion voucher. that too they about.
