Hello There

I went to Pep in Florida today to lay bye a jacket and some slippers, I was told I couldn't' lay bye two items as they get lost @ the back. Now I assumed they were referring to the storeroom where they keep the staff.

I didn't understand how that is possible and importantly when there are adverts on TV nothing is said about how many items one can laybye. I let it go but called the customer care line number to confirm what I was told at the branch, the number just rang and nobody picked up and I ended getting a message saying this number is busy. Then I got off... called the 021 number and they told me to call again the customer care number they might be busy... this is just ridiculous. You want answers and you can't get help and one has got to resort to Hello Peter to get [URL Removed] on [URL Removed] on
