Disgusting customer service

All I can say is that the Sandton City Branch is pathetic, no sense of customer service. to their customers. The manager Kevin don't return calls. I am utterly disgusted with the service that i am getting from Altech Autopage. My husband and i have been customers for many years and been treated with a don't care attitude shows that we are not important customers at all.

Please can someone assist me and advise me were is my damaged phone (Samsung S4) t the moment, I refuse to deal with the Sandton City Branch, the manager Kevin refuses to take my calls and don't even return calls.

I am been told that my new unit is at the store, but they cant release the hand set tome as they are waiting for a credit note, which to me is a load of. Seems like the phone is till sitting at the branch and not been sent through.

I call the customer service number, they have no details or nothing on record that my damaged phone was booked in as CPA.

All i want to know is when am i getting my new handset??? Who is going to refund me for my numerous calls that i have been making??? who is going to refund me for the days that i did not have a handset?? NO LOAN PHONE WAS GIVEN TO ME
