Altech Autopage starts contract without concent

In December 2011 I decided to get my son a blackberry for Christmas. Altech was advertising good deals and since Ive been a client for almost 2 decades, I decided to order a blackberry contract from them. I phoned the call centre, went though the procedures they requested and was informed that the handset and paperwork would be delivered to my house within 2 days. I waited for the phone and it was not delivered. I tried to contact Altech call enter and gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes. The phone, sim and paperwork did not arrive at my home. We went on December holiday and returned early January - still no phone. You can imagine my son's disappointment not having his Christmas present by 25 Dec. I was contacted late January by Altech inquiring if I was happy with the phone. I informed them that I never received the phone, contract or sim. Since then I've been charged monthly for a contract I do not have. I will cancel my other contract with Altech when it completes. I've tried to get this resolved twice in the last 2 years within a branch with no resolve. I will not do business with Altech again and will remove them from my co. vendor list.
