R200 charged for Internet usuage

I have just spoken to Ntula regarding a query I have since Sunday (17Th march)

My query is why I was charged R200 for internet usage that day, I was told that it occurred at 08:20am. I concur this as I was on the internet, the Samsung website. I would like to know is what could I have possibly have done on the internet for a couple of minutes that would charge me R200. I did not download anything, I checked their website for a entrance fee to their forum over the past weekend

Since Sunday I have been trying to find out, yet every time I am told call tomorrow, the URL report is not available. Not one of your consultants Dudu, Lutiano, Latimor or Ayanda took the initiative to log this request for me, instead I was advised to call back the next day. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!! Only today after speaking Ntula (after I gave her a mouthful) I was advised that this would take another 7 -10 working days to be emailed me, but this request was not logged by any 1 of the 4 AGENTS I spoke to. Not one of those 4 agents even had the decency to apologise for any inconvenience caused because each of them that I spoke to I had to explain my story to..
