ROBBED AGAIN BY MTN!!

I have been trying for almost 2 years now to get out of this ridiculous fraudelent network of MTN. all my complaints were never resolved and I only receive computer generated responses without any contact details of a real person!! I recently returned from an overseas trip. i activated my international roaming. it was never done till a week into the trip and i was told it will take 24 hours! that was just the begining..upon my return on wednesday i get a message that my account is suspended and my bill is R7237. Is MTN MAD??!! i did not use the roaming and the data was ALWAYS off!!!

I demand this bill is reverted with a full credit. AGAIN, i want this contract terminated as MTN has breached their conditions of the contract multiple times and never provided any customer satisfaction. It was my BIGGEST mistake ever to leave vodacom for this ongoing nonsense!!
