ADSL Internet Connectivity painfully slow / nil!!!

In spite of repeated complaints regarding painfully slow or non-existent internet connectivity over an extended period (months / years!), Telkom has failed to address the problem which is acknowledged by Telkom representatives to exist at an exchange / network level in the area.

Frustrating is the fact that there is no way that one can get to contact anyone in Telkom to find out what is actually happening. One constantly gets fobbed off by contact centre agents that cannot / will not help.

Annoying is the fact that Telkom continues to charge me for a service that I do not get!!!

I am now getting to the point that I will soon be an ex-Telkom customer if I do not hear from Telkom and the problem is not resolved quickly.
