I ordered a BB Z10 on 7/3, the phone was delivered on 13/3 on the 14/3 I contacted the customer call center to activate the sim & I was told to go the the nearest store to have the wi fi activated. I went to Morning Glen Cell C store, where the gentlemen assisted. I requested for my BBM to be activated, that's when the problems started. The BBM could not connect and he called the BB technical desk for assistance. He spoke to someone trying to connect the BBM and nothing they did helped. Eventually the phone died in his hands, showing a phone with three arrows pointing to the PC screen icon. The technician on the line advised that the fault seemed to be on the handset. I was told to contact CellC Direct to ask them to collect the phone so it can be replaced. I got back to work and sat for 45 minutes holding for CellC, the line was answered and the lady told me the phone would be collected on the next day 15/3. The phone was collected on Monday 18/3. I called the customer center 22/03 to find out what going on and was told the phone has been received and is waiting to be sent to BB for evaluation. I just want a new phone that is working and some service. Am I asking for a lot?
