Delivered the wrong size SIM card

I took delivery of my Samsung Note 10.1 on Wednesday 20/3/2012 at about 11:00 only to open the box and realise that they've given me a full size SIM instead of the micro SIM the Note takes.
I went to Vodacom World that afternoon and asked for help at customer services. Apparently this contract didn't exists on their systems and they couldn't help me do a SIM swap. They provided me with a micro SIM and advised me to call Vodacom direct the next morning (a public holiday) on 0821945 and they will do the swap for me. Imagine my surprise when their call centre "wasn't available due to unforeseen circumstances" because really, a public holiday is very unforeseen. I then phoned 082111 and was told that within 3 to 4 hours I will be connected. So needless to say 4 hours came and went and I phoned again only to be told that the turnaround is actually 6 to 8 hours and if not, then 24 hours. I don't even know what that means, just say 24 hours then! So this morning 23 hours and 5 minutes I phoned AGAIN to be told that the call shows closed and I now have to get a new micro SIM and try again to do a SIM swap because the previous one failed. Honestly???
