Poor Service different contract same issue

Once again, after upgrading another contract from Galaxy2 to Note 3 and required to do sim swap to micro sim, within an hour my current sim was de-activated and now 24 hours later my micro sim is not activated i get the same standard response. Will log a call and can take up to 24 hours to resolve. Needless to say the previous issue was resolved 84 hours later. Obviously the problem with either their internal processes or the fact that they do not have technical employees, whom only works office hours, on standby outside of office hours although they have millions of customers paying for a service, or the lack of training/capabilities of the call centre agents. This must be the only company in the world that would think that they have provided a service when they inform you that they will log a call and it will be attended to within 24 hours and when you complain informs you that it is your choice, they either log the call or don't log a call. Please note I already received an SMS on the 15th that my account was converted to the new package and today is the 26th 11 days later.
