I am frustrated with MTN.ON March the 2nd i took my phone for a software upgrade, i was told it takes two weeks to fix the problem, its now 3 weeks and i havent heard anything from them. when i called them this morning they said to me nothing has been done on that phone. i am not a happy customer, so . dont even think i'm renewing my contract with them...
