Extremely unreliable service - bad for business

I have come to the conclusion that vodacom is extremely bad for business, especially for a small business owner like myself. I have been calling vodacom on numerous occasions over the last MONTH about my email bouncing back as unsolicited bulk spam. They seem to be so clueless about what is actually happening. It is the 4th time in 3 months that i have this exact problem... imagine having to send out an important invoice to a client but it cannot go through because of vodacom's continous problems... I was first told a technician is working on it, then it was solved, then it happened again, to which i was told to just restart my computer. The lady seemed clueless... no sense of urgency whatsoever. Then i call in again after NO emails were sent out for 3 - 4 days, the call centre again seemed so clueless... then bam right in the middle of our conversation, we get cut off - NETWORK CONNECTION... they dont bother calling me back. I call and ask for the guy who was assisting me, he promises to call me back immediately, however i waited for 45 min until i had to call them back myself... i wish someone can recommend a reliable network that you dont need to call up every month... to be continued
