Since last year November I have had non-stop problems with our 3G internet connection. My wife and I have been to more than one Vodacom outlet on various occations to have the modem checked out and to try and find out where the problem. No one can give us a straight answer as to what the exact problem is... apparently they are working on the cables or something? But seriously, this is month 4 now and the problem is still not sorted out. I have logged an official complaint, received a sms with a ref nr and a promise of someone that will contact me within 24 hours - which never happened. It has been so long ago, that my phoned even automatically erased that message. My wife has called the call center many times and still no joy. She runs a small business from home and without internet she looses business.

I find it very hard to swallow that I have to pay my bill on the exact date every month - but from Vodacom's side there is no response and no service. I want a credit on my account for the past four months unreliable poor service. AND I want to know when this problem will be solved for real!
