Wrong deductios

I took a contract with Joane from MTN in january which I know regret, 1st they gave me a phone with no updated sofware, then took out money from my account which we never agreed on, she told me my contract its 361 per month but last month they took. R437 and now R409 I have already called her and she promised to call back with the explanation but yahh till today nothing has been done talk aboit bad service I want my difference paid back into my account asap.
