Poor service while upgrading my contract

I am beginning to regret upgrading my contract through Vodacom. I have been on a talk500 for the past 2, 5 years. Along with my business partner, we recently upgraded our contract to the SmartXL, having 3 sim cards; 1 for my phone, 1 for my iPad & 1 for my dongle. I was told that this new contract would come into affect the beginning of next month. Each morning, I currently get an update giving me my account balance. On the 4th of each month, my account is meant to be reloaded with the new months minutesdata etc. Since I did the sim swop over to the new contract, my existing balance has gone up R600 in 3 days. For example;each day, my balance R994, now, all of a sudden it is on R1516, 47.There is definitely something wrong with the system as I am being charged a ridiculous amount for which I shouldn't be charged. Due to the bad signal in my area, I have now called the call centre 4 times and have been cut off each time. Can someone please look at my details on the system and rectify this problem ASAP.I REGRET upgrading through Vodacom!
