FAULTY PHONE, SECOND ONE IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS

On 7th of March 2013 I went to Nashua Mobile branch in Bellville to arrange my upgrade. Clinton offered me a good deal on vodacom. The upgrade could only be done in 3 to 4 hours time and I couldnt wait as I was due for a finger operation that afternoon. Saturday morning, 9 March I went to collect my phone only to find the battery was faulty and they couldnt replace it, because there was no stock. Clinton said he'll courier the new phone to Koringberg where I stay in the following week. A week passed, no phonecall or email from them and eventually when he phoned me on the 19th, he didnt even have my email address correct, neither had my postal address which was entered in their system when I went for the upgrade. He also told me that the supplier is not going to replace the phone, but will replace the faulty battery. On 20 March I received the phone via courier, only to discover that the battery is STILL faulty. I tested the battery in a similar phone and in that phone it was still faulty. I am furious and VERY disgusted in their rotten service and the odassity to tell me I have to pay the courier costs. I demand a new phone and battery and not the one or the other. AND TEST IT BEFORE SENDING IT
