Got told I would pay R475 a month on z10

There was a big fuss regarding the z10, so went out to vodaworld to get myself the upgrade got told by the salesman it is one of the best phones on the market I told the sales man tolook into my history and advice me on the contract that best suits my needs explained to him what exactly I do on my phone, then he came up with a plan that he said suites my profile and actualy told me I would pay R100 less than my iniatail contract I thought to myself that is a awesome deal, due to unseen costsI got a bill of almost R4000, who has that money or budged? I actualy took back the phone and they said they would investigate the costs WHO DOES THAT, I would be canceling my contract as soon as it expires after Ive been with them for almost four years, Unethical bussines practice without guidence, looks like I am just another number in their world turnover, I am very discuted in altechautopage
