I am due for an up-grade, now here is where the problem, having been a loyal customer of Vodacoms for the past 18 years, I asked via email, if as a loyal customer, 1.There is some kind of reward? And 2. Can someone please tell me why I should stay with Vodacom? The reply was, here is a list of up-grades available to me. I can get better deals as a new customer than the up-grades, is this how you treat your loyal customers? To be quite honest, other service providers deals look a lot more appealing.
I know I am but one of your millions of customers, but, if you don't look after the customers you currently have, slowly but surely you will lose customers till your opposition will be in the position you are currently in.
