Autopage Fails repeatedly to complete requests!

I called in middle December to have my SMS bundle changed. I received a sms to confirm this call was logged and would be processed. Come January invoice, the sms bundle was still not changed.

I called the call centre to complain about this, was assured it will be repaired on my next invoice and again received a confirmation that it would be process along with a credit backdated from December.
Come my February invoice and it was STILL not done, neither had the promised credit been passed.

At this point I was furius already. I called them AGAIN, explained everything AGAIN.
I asked that the operator to transfer me to a supervisor. I explained everything AGAIN. The 'supervisor' did not even aplogise, I asked her to email me so that I have it in writing that it will all be fixed and backdated to December when I asked for it the first time. She sent a one line email that did not confirm our conversation, just sent me a reference number.

Come March, its still not right. I am beyond furious, frustrated and completely disgusted.
Is this how a loyal customer of more than a decade is treated? Its horrifying service!!

My question, do you still want me as a customer?
