Cell C Worst 3G Data Provider Ever!

We are a number of contractors working in the Head Office of one of the majour banks in South-Africa since early 2012. As we are consulting, we do not have access to the bank's internet in order to do research and send or receive email, for this reason we were told to buy Cell C 3G contracts as Cell C has the best 3G signal of all of the 3G providers in the area. A large number of us signed up for 2 Gig packages with Cell C and were very happy with our 3G network for around 6 months. Towards the end of last year we noticed that the 3G network was slowing down and also that we had no connectivity for around half the day. We have submitted Network Problem Investigating Forms with Cell C without any reply or changes in service availability to date. Over the last two weeks I have not had ANY Cell C Data connectivity at all and have been forced to sign up with another 3G Data provider as my ability to perform my duties were severely impeded by the lack of network coverage. We have logged previous complaints on Hellopeter, but to date Cell C has failed to do anything to ensure that we regain our network access.
