No network during peak hours in Sandton!

During peak hours (generally 8am - 6pm), the Cell C network has zero throughput in the greater Sandton area. I'm located in Melrose Arch, and although my phone shows full bars for signal and the HSPA logo for data connection - nobody can phone or sms me, neither does any data related services work. What is the use of the phone if you can't use any of its basic functions provided by the network?
I have logged numerous complains, as have my colleagues (about 7 of them) who are all on Cell C. All of us experience the same issue, and we have different handsets. The Call Centre never follows up, and always "knows nothing" of any issues in the area. My last logged complaint with the technical desk with refno TT483557 still hasn't had any movement. Cell C advertises like mad men, throwing cheap deals around and signing up thousands. Only flaw in their plan is - they're going to lose them all in a 2 year cycle after contracts expire. Those on prepaid are fortunate enough to be able to port back to where they came from. Cell C jumped the gun on their advertising - they should've first fixed their network - all they will become famous for now is a bad network and incompetent call centre.
