Extremely poor network coverage

Eversince I upgraded I am experiencing poor or even no network coverage. Numerous complains, sim swop etc. When I initially complained they said: "We are currently upgrading our network which is the cause of some of the problems we are having, however in less than a year's time we are expecting it to be functioning at full capacity and the dropping connections will be a thing of the past"
How can Cell C expect customers to pay for a service and only getting a 50 - 80% of what is being paid for. Do I have to be content with the fact that I will be struggling with signal/coverage every now and again for the next year until Cell C is 'up and running'? How fair is that?
Even after a representative phoned me back and explained that I should be seeing a difference in network coverage I am this morning experiencing no signal in the Centurion area.
Obvisously I am getting no joy from this network service provider which claims that the power is in the consumer's hands. I am feeling pretty 'powerless' at this stage.
I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED!!!
