Refund and cancellation

Since January 2013 I have been receiving accounts through my Service Provider MTN from this company for R259 per month. I have a contract with MTN for R89 and this is a terrifying difference. I have asked MTN to cancel my subscription with this company as I do not know how I got involved with them and MTN keep telling me that Integrat overrides the cancellation every month. This is a real rip off as I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to pay this amount every month for a service that I do not use or even know. I wrote to them on their www address and have had no response.
