Provision of faulty handset and 9 month struggle

9 months ago I handed in my Iphone 4 for repairs on a faulty home button, MTNSP replaced my handset with a refurbished Iphone without my consent. Upon receiving the phone it did not work. I proceeded to have problems with the refurbished Iphone as it does not read the sim card, it needed to be activated through Itunes to read the sim card, which means any new sim card is read as an invalid sim/no sim. I sent the refurbished phone back 4 more times, every time they assured me that this was the normal Iphone behavior (even though my original Iphone and those of friends/ family don't require activation of a sim through Itunes). I was sick and tired of dealing with consultants and requested to have a response from a manager, they then provided me with the email address of the manager, but she is always out of office when I email her (as I get an out of office email response). I have also provided the manager with proof that the phone is faulty (as requested), it's been 9 months and still no resolution, I HAVE HAD IT WITH SPENDING TIME AND MONEY TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND I AM POSTING THIS SO SOMEONE AT MTNSP, THAT ACTUALLY WORKS THERE AND IS IN OFFICE, WHO CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!
