My Blackberry contract with Vodacom expired in August last year. I upgraded to an Iphone and from August 2012 to February 2013 Vodacom continued to charge me for the Blackberry. This is blatant and. I raised the issue more than 3 weeks ago and they promised to refund me the money which they had from me. I was promised a maximum of 14 days and this only after a lot of shouting and screaming.
It is now more than 3 weeks since I reported the incident and I have not yet been refunded.
This begs the question - how many customers are they defrauding and illegally money from in this manner? I gave them my banking details and all else that they required so there is no excuse.
