Bad service from 8ta

We have an 8ta internet dongle. Everything is paid up to date. When we want to use it, it says that the data is depleted. It is impossible, as it is only the 10th of the month and we have certainly not used 10gigs. We have wasted R40 airtime trying to explain the situation to the call centre. They dont understand that it is for a data dongle, and not a phone. We get transferred to 8 different departments and have to repeat everything over and over. After the 8th person the phone gets cut off every single time. 8ta really needs to fix this, it's a serious problem and unprofessional! Please fix our problem?
