My Blackberry Contract is going to reach the 1 year mark in February. I pay my account on time. From day one I have had problems with my Blackberry Bold 9900, the list is long. In the 11 months that I've had the phone, it's been at Cellc's Repair Shop for 4 Months. Do you think this is fair to me the consumer? Paying for a faulty product. After the first 3 times... having the same problem I would think I deserve a new phone. But each and everytime you say its a software fault. Now your solution is to give me Blackberry 9900 repaired with bits and pieces from other old phones. I THINK THIS IS TOTALLY IMMORAL AND YOU ARE CORRUPT. I WILL CAMPAIGN AGAINST CELLC IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A NEW PHONE. I will be looking into what the consumer act says about my situation and asking legal advice. Surely I have some protection against the abuse I am receiving from Cellc, paying for a contract and a faulty phone.
