I have not had internet since 27 November 2012. After numerous complaints to MTN coverage call centre and even here on Hello Peter, I don't know what else to do. MTN are either unable to fix my issue or just don't want to.

Initially the 3G on our tower in the area was blamed, but in December that was fixed. I still only picked up EDGE at 26kb/s. I have phoned the coverage call centre 10 times and every time I am told the network coordinator has to phone me. He phoned me once, made an appointment to come to my house and then never pitched. ref: 0044124

Can I please just cancel my data contract and move to a different ISP? I am an IT tech and this is affecting my work. Not to mention that I can't log in remotely from home, so now how to drive in to work in the middle of the night or on weekends.
