NO EDGE COVERAGE

Since Wednesday last week I do not have any EDGE coverage where I am staying, yet when I travel more than about 5 kms I get EDGE coverage. I phoned MTN and they said it was a BlackBerry BiS problem and NOT a coverage problem.

Today is almost 7 days later and now its even further from where I am staying where there is NO coverage and it seems that everyone on the MTN network is now having a problem with the DATA Network.

Maybe it's time to move to another SP? Paid R59 for 3 weeks service? Really?
