MTN PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED

My previous complaint re MTN has still not been resolved. MTN's response on Hello Peter stated they would contact me, that was over a month ago. Dullstroom has ONE tower covering the town, and it is faulty. The signal is intermittent at best, with 3G available only from time to time. I can see the tower from my office and my home, yet still the service is dodgy. I am one of many subscribers in the area with the same issue. Dullstroom is a tourist destination and on weekends the population often swells to over 200%, with many tourists complaining about the the network coverage. Last night we had no service until 7:00 this morning, at which point it was switched on and I had 2 bars of signal and no 3G, only Edge. I called the coverage help line, for the 6th time in the past 2 months, only to be told that the tower is not functioning, and that the signal I'm receiving is from another tower! In your wildest dreams MTN - there is no other MTN tower anywhere near Dullstroom. I asked the operator to get one of the incompetent management team to call me, to which he responded he would not because I insulted MTN. I will be terminating my contract prematurely with MTN, at no cost to me.
