Bad Treatment From Company

I have 3 telephone contracts with Mtn. A month and a half ago I went to the Above-mentioned store applying for a fast link modem for my son that was locating to Cape Town. After three says of waiting it was turned down. I was said to get in contact with the credit bureaus. I was totally baffled because I have nothing against my name: No bad payment offences or blacklisting. After 14 days I got the report from Trans Union credit Bureau with no indication whatsoever of bad payment/ or a bad record. ( Ironically: December 2012 I bought a car of R90000 and West Bank gave me a loan for tha amount).

I then took that report to the Pavillion store where they immediately sent a request through to head office for urgent response. That was 5 days ago. When I phoned them today for an answer i was told that there was no answer yet.

I am seriously considering breaking ties with Mtn once these contracts expired.
The word 'urgent' does not seem to bother them. They do not really worry about the discomfort they are putting there customers in. It is unacceptable, really.
