I was supplied with a defective refurbished phone. I was advised by Vincent that I must hand it in again a second time, after I handed it in at Cresta Repair Centre; where I was belittled in front of other customers. He then advised me not to return the phone, as yet, no loan phones available. He never came back to me. Now when I complained he told Rochell that he advised me to bring the phone in again. They have no problem lying to cover their backs. My first phone gave numerous problems, the refurbished phone gave the same problems and now suddenly it is liquid damage and I must claim from my insurance. I requested proof that I was provided with a refurbished phone without any latent defects. Never received. I have now formally provided them with my cancellation notice, moving to another service provider. Vodacom does not see you as a customer, just someone that must pay them money every month. No more, I am not their cash cow anymore!!! Cell C has a great promotion on the latest BB, check it out, Vodacom cannot get close to this. As and when our remaining contract expire we will move.
