SUPPLYING DEFECTIVE REFURBISHED PHONES

I received a defective refurbished phone from Vodacom. I requested proof that I signed for a phone which was in a full working condtion when I received it. I was then advised by this Vincent Mwanza that I must again send the BB in to head office. I do not know for what, because the phone is defective, as they already advised me. He then advised me in November 2012 that he will let me know when he has a phone for me while the defective refurbished phone is send in again. Nothing thereafter. Our one contract has now expired, time for a new phone, but as you would say by now: Never!!! I want to start cancelling all our phones as and when they expire and go to MTN/Cell C. They cannot be worse than this. I have also placed an order for 5 black T shirts which says in bold red: VODACOM!!! I will wear it every weekend with pride when I go shopping for everyone to see. It is time to take a stand. They think because they are big and we are small, they can walk all over us. It end's now!!! Please let me know, you can order the T Shirts from me.
