STANDARD BANK BAD SERVICE HAS NOT STOPPED!!!

Just after I thought my problem was solved on Friday and sent a Thank you message the phone doesnt stop ringing. The number on my phone shows 0119817800 - I AM NOW TOTALLY SICK AND TIRED OF THE PHONE CALLS FROM STANDARD BANK. It started with the branch where I was not happy at all and now the PHONE CALLS DONT STOP. I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOUR BAD SERVICE. IS THERE NO COMMUNICATION ON YOUR SYSTEM???

PLEASE SPEAK TO GUGU WHO ARRANGED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT AND LOAN ACCOUNT ON FRIDAY 09H36.

When you get phoned this automatic message ask you to put in your ID number followed by #. I have done it 100 % correctly and then I must wait in line for a Consultant. This is not working for me. Please get your systems in order.
