I had brought in my new Blackberry 9360 for repairs at Canal Walk in Century City, Cape Town in less than seven days of having purchased it as the charging block was defective. I was informed that even if I brought it in within the seven day period after purchase, it would still have to be taken for assessments at the Advanced Repair Centre to determine if it was indeed faulty. I agreed to this under the impression that the whole process would take plus minus two weeks to complete.

It is now close to two months later and I am still without my phone. Whenever I call in to enquire, I am promised that a Sales person will be in touch with me to let me know what my options are but this still has not happened and I have called their office three times already!

Please can I get a resolution to this matter ASAP and if nothing can be done about the phone, kindly provide a refund. The job number is 8695559
