Charged for cancelled upgrade

I was on the 2Gb data contract and went for an upgrade to the 3Gb promo. Two days later, I cancelled the upgrade and have documentation of proof of cancellation.

I got my invoice yesterday and shows that I'm on the 3Gb promo, which means it hasn't been cancelled and I'm charged for that?!
