Charged for promo fees after contract period ended

Hi

I submitted two queries to MTN south Africa regarding my billing. both are currently closed and no feedback on either one. This complaint is were MTN has charged me promo fees for approx. 8 months after the 24 month contract period. I checked today only to see the query is closed and I have not received any feedback on the progress.

there were some useless comment 7-21days, what if I said I will pay you in the next 7 - 21 days maybe and provide no feedback how would you accept this.

this is really poor service, to say the least. I am absolutely disgusted with MTN services

you become a "Big Boy" in industry and feel that the"Small Guy" can be walked over and nobody is going to do anything.
