Broken Galaxy Tab under warranty 3 months gone

Samsung Galaxy tab under warranty under one year old simply failed while working on it. No physical damage. Was not charging. Unit just died. When we hand it in, first we get told it will cost R300 to fix, then suddenly R4000. We then told them its under warranty.
Now all of a sudden after 3 MONTHS of giving us the run around they want a proof of delivery document from us? Really?
Take my advice - AVOID ANY ALTECH AUTOPAGE LIKE YOU AVOID HIV. There is NO service. NO interest from them to resolve a key account. We currently have over 50 contracts via them, and still no interest to service us.
