Phone repairs and customer service

2 Months ago I handed my cellphone (which is still under warrantee), in for repairs at Altech Autopage in Menlyn. I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to repair. After 7 weeks and continuous requests from me to them, I eventually received my cellphone.
I was told that the problem was fixed, but the very next day, my cellphone gave exactly the same problem again. When I went to them today, I was told that all they could do was send my phone in and it would again take about 6 weeks.
How can all the other networks return their repair phones within 5-7 working days, but Autopage only after 7 WEEKS? And what if it comes back and still gives the same problems, then they will probably want it for another 7 weeks.

Their service so far is pathetic, would not recommend them to anybody.
