Faulty Galaxy tab under warranty 4 months now

It has now been 4 months since we gave in a Samsung Galaxy tab under warranty which was at the time less than one year old, when it simply failed while working on it. No physical damage. Was not charging. No water. No power surge. Did not fall. Unit just died. When we hand it in, first we get told it will cost R300 to fix, then suddenly R4000. We then told them its under warranty, so we dont care what your cost is, you gotta fix under warranty. Last complaint someone called back and promised to get back to us in one day - - - and then nothing happened.

Once again I advise customers - AVOID ANY ALTECH AUTOPAGE LIKE THE PLAGUE. There is NO service. NO interest from them to resolve issues. We currently have over 50 contracts via them, and still no interest to service us. Clearly we will be moving to another provider.
