As a consumer i should have right of choice!!!

I have been speaking to a guy from the Head Office and even though two weeks ago he asked me to choose another handset that i want, and after that i was informed that i didn't have the choice to choose but either had to accept what was given to me or hand it back in and be with out a phone until they locate a 9810 for me.
With all due respect, i do not understand why i should be inconvenienced when i can obviously be accommodated within reason of course. Being a sales person myself i know you would never give a client options that aren't available to him, so why ask me what replacement phone i want and yet you then deny me the phone, even though i was willing to top up.
It now been four weeks since i have raised my issue on Facebook and to this day i am told i should wait indefinitely. I have stuff on the phone and use it for communication purposes hence i cant be without a phone as it is costly and even more an inconvenience and with total disregard for customer service from Cell C side.
What i am kindly asking for is my 9810 back and if not then can i pick any phone available that i can use because the 9900 freezes and doesnt perform the same as my old phone.
