We were warned against iBursts non existing support from numerous friends!!
Calling continuously since connected at the end of Nov 2012 about the signal dropping and bad download speeds, on Fri 11 Jan 2013 called again, now they decide the 2 meg modem is faulty.
At the office they upgrade the software, I demand a test to be done in front of me and yes the signal drops again without being connected for 2 min!! Yet again it is "upgraded", the test runs perfect I get home and still have 2 min connection and 10 min lost!
My husband (a IT Programs/Projects Manager) takes the modem back on Sat, after he lost it with "SUPERVISORS" telling him a load of bull a CARL stepped in and PROMISED to get us happy clients again, a 1 meg modem was borrowed to us for the weekend (which had better download speeds and only dropping it's connection once this weekend) and Monday morning 9o'clock they will send a technician with all new items, they pitch at 3o'clock tested the OLD modem, antenna and splitter and came to the conclusion the modem is FAULTY but CARL did not send a new modem!! They will bring 1 tomorrow, REALLY!!! I am so fed up with FALSE people and promises, I demand better service!!
