Pathetic customer service at Cell C Pavilion

I checked my internet dongle in for repairs on Sat morning. Was then instructed to go to the Cell C office at Westville business park as a software update would solve my problem. Go out, pay for parking, drive to Cell C with my 3 yr old girl being carted everywhere, only for the technician to tell me these people are messing me around as they know it's a hardware issue with my dongle which needs to be repaired. Back in the car, back to Pavilion. Book the unit in for repairs again and promised by Clayton that he would have a loan unit for me on Mon. The unit will be in for at least a month so I will loose all my data for Jan and hopefully I can get it back in Feb to use my data allocated for that month. Get there today (Monday) to be told there are no loan units. Phone customer care and they tell me they are under no obligation to supply me with a loan unit, but they are well aware that I will loose all my data and I am basically paying them for nothing. Nobody is in the least interested in helping me, or bothered that I'm loosing nearly 10gigs worth of data that I'm paying for. I was made to drive up and down, while the people at Pav knew there was no unit available for me.
