Blackberry in again THIRD time

So after getting my phone back, the signal still does not work properly so had to take it back the very next day.
Yet again I am paying for a product that I do not have! This is the worst service I have ever received and will NOT be renewing my contract with Vodacom next year. I do not see the point of paying for a phone that I do not have.
WHy do you keep repairing this peice of rubbish?
