My service was suspended due to arrears, after paying the arrears on06/03/2013 i was informed that it would take 7 working days to reconnect, after calling several times and the requesting to reinstate the service it is not, 15/03/2013 I am promised the issue will be escalated to supervisors and that the account would be reinstated that same day 3 days later the account is still not reinstated. after phoning again on monday 18/03/2013 i am told the contract has been completely suspended/cancelled. call centre lady promises to escalate again cannot find a reason why the service has been cancelled. she asked to wait until tomorrow to get the problem sorted.
