I recently got a adsl 4mb line from telkom uncapped, my isp provider is TelkomSA but my line speed and browsing is very very slow. I had the 20Gig Cap-ed Fastest 4mb line, There were no problems with it.
To go online witch takes ages to use this line. why is this so slow I reported it already several times and nobody could help with this problem. how do I settle this. This Change started when I when Uncapped... Why?? It's now 2 months.
