POOR NETWORK RECEPTION AND DROP CALLS

Hi, To whom it may concern,

I have recently moved all 5 of my mobile numbers from MTN to Cell C, due to the competitive market out there, I spoke to the consultant at Cell C and he assured me that the Cell C Network is absolutely stable.(Which is a LIE)
since last year till now, I have experienced more DROP CALLS than ever before, when I make calls to other Cell C numbers it goes to Voice Mail, even though the other phone is on.
I even went as far as to try with a Vodacom phone number to my Cell C number with the phones being right next to each other and guess what??? it went to Voice Mail.
Yesterday I was travelling to Rustenburg and I had absolutely no coverage all the way through. Lo and behold, luckily I do also carry another cell phone with a Vodacom simcard and I was able to make, receive and browse the internet all the way through.
I am actually highly irritated by this and I am not sure what path to follow since I'm only in my maybe5th month of a 24month contract and I'm extremely unhappy with this poos service.

I'm not sure if calling their Call Centre will actually benefit since I have to wait atleast 10 to 20 minutes for my call to be answered.

PLEASE HELP!!!
